Food for thought on this eve before the day set aside for lovers...

Just as the pulse within your body, so too is there a pulse on this planet.  The pulse pushes the blood which delivers nutrients to all the cells, simultaneously collects the waste and creates a cycle of health for the duration of each cell’s life.  The length of the life in codependent on the ability of the cell to uptake nutrients and release the waste.  If nutrients are unable to be obtained, the life is shortened.  Likewise, if the waste is unable to be released, life is also shortened.  Just as the layers of complexity within the body activate to allow for healing to occur when injured, for example with a simple cut, the planet, and the complex system of organisms (plants, animals, and life as a whole) activate in times of injury to allow for healing to occur.  The pulse flushes the toxic substances and replenishes with nutrients allowing restoration and health to the system.  As a human network, we too are interconnected through a complex web of relationships.  When we work together with our relations, (friends, family, neighbors, and people within our near proximity), we can bring about “nutrients” essential to our health and vitality, while ridding the system of toxic substances.

As a human life, existing on this planet, supporting one another in times of need, for whatever reason, is just one way to spread health and vitality; not only for the individual in need, but makes us stronger as a collective society on the local and global scale.  This goes, in my humble opinion, not just for our fellow mankind, but also for the plants, animals, and insects which help to provide this planet with livable conditions.

Questions to ponder with actions taken each day could include, what am I doing to provide a healthful atmosphere to those I surround myself with?  How can I contribute to the betterment of myself and my relations?

With these, I bid you a happy day and week ahead.  I wish you enough ~
